I’ve been reading your website on and off since we reconnected on FB. I am now a type 2 diabetic and am having difficulty finding a cookbook that contains healthy yet easy recipes. I love comfort foods but the way I learned to cook them is not the healthiest. I also love sweets but would love to be able to have them and stay within my diabetic limits nutrition-wise! Our lifestyle can be crazy at times….can you make any recommedations from those cookbooks you’ve worked on I would be eternally grateful.

BTW…we plan to attempt your burgoo recipe! (My husband is quite a good cook! The cookbooks are for when I have to cook…smile.)
